Governance

The Midwest Association of Pre-Law Advisors (MAPLA) was established in 1975. The organization is governed by a board of directors consisting of nine pre-law advisors and one representative from the Midwest Alliance for Law School Admissions (MALSA). Elections for open board positions are held at the annual meeting of MAPLA which has historically coincided with the fall conference.
