Below are details regarding 2026 Sponsor opportunities.
There are three sponsorship levels for the 2026 Conference. All 2026 sponsorships include:
- Recognition (via school logo) on the sponsor page of the MAPLA Conference website
- Listing (by institution) in the conference program
- Advertising space in the conference program
- Designated Exhibitor Table/ Featured Table at the Law School Fair (law school sponsors only)
- Complimentary conference registration (quantity varies)
Additionally, non-profit organizations are invited to consider exhibitor level opportunities.
SPONSORSHIP LEVEL DETAILS
Sponsorships are available in three amounts listed below. There is also an Exhibitor only option for non-profit groups.
Of Counsel Sponsorship: $2,500.00 (limited available)
- Recognition as an Of Counsel sponsor on the sponsor page of the MAPLA Conference website
- Listing as an Of Counsel sponsor in the conference program
- Full-screen/page color advertisement in the conference program
- Recognition with a full individual rotating slide on conference presentation screens
- 2-4 minute “Sponsor Speech” during a designated conference meal or evening event to provide overview of your organization
- Up to two swag items to be included with the “swag bag” distributed to conference attendees
- Verbal acknowledgement at the opening reception and MAPLA business meeting
- Designated exhibitor tabling on Friday, September 18 and Saturday, September 19 during all conference hours/ Featured table at the Law School Fair (for law school sponsors)
- Up to two conference registrations (sponsors will receive code(s) to utilize for registration following sponsorship purchase)
Partner Sponsorship: $1,500
- Recognition as a Partner sponsor on the sponsor page of the MAPLA Conference website
- Listing as a Partner sponsor in the conference program
- Half-screen/page color advertisement in the conference program
- Recognition on rotating slide on conference presentation screens
- Verbal acknowledgement at the opening Welcome reception and MAPLA business meeting
- Up to one swag item to be included with the “swag bag” distributed to conference attendees
- Designated exhibitor tabling on Friday, September 18 and Saturday, September 19 during all conference hours
- One conference registration (sponsors will receive code(s) to utilize for registration following sponsorship purchase)
Associate Sponsorship: $1,000
- Recognition as an Associate sponsor on the sponsor page of the MAPLA Conference website
- Listing as an Associate sponsor in the conference program
- Quarter-screen/page color advertisement in the conference program
- Recognition with other Associate sponsors on conference presentation screens.
- Verbal acknowledgement at the MAPLA business meeting
- Designated exhibitor tabling on Friday, September 18 and Saturday, September 19 during all conference hours
- One conference registration (sponsors will receive a code to utilize for registration following sponsorship purchase)
Non-Profit Exhibitors
- Non-Profit Exhibitor: $750
- All Non-Profit Exhibitors will receive:
- Designated Exhibitor table on Friday, September 18 & Saturday, September 19 during all conference hours
- Listing as an Exhibitor in the conference program, with quarter screen/page ad
- Listing as an Exhibitor on the conference website
- Recognition as a conference exhibitor at the MAPLA business meeting
- One complimentary conference registration (exhibitors will receive a code to utilize for registration following purchase of an exhibitor table)
Sponsorship and Exhibitor packages can be purchased through the Conference Cart.
Complimentary attendee registration should be completed separately. A registration code will be sent to all exhibitors and sponsors following purchase.
