MAPLA is happy to announce that the 2025 Conference “Bridging Unity in the Pre-Law Community” will be held October 9-11 in Cincinnati, Ohio at the University of Cincinnati College of Law. Conference Schedule:
The 2025 MAPLA Conference will be held October 9-11, 2025 in Cincinnati, Ohio at the University of Cincinnati College of Law. Conference programming will take place on the following dates:
Thursday, October 9: afternoon/early evening programming – the conference will officially open at the evening Welcome Reception event and conference check-in hosted at the Hotel Celare. We strongly encourage arrival on Thursday afternoon.
Friday, October 10: full day programming
Saturday, October 11: full day programming – programming will conclude by 4:00 pm ET

Conference Registration:
Conference registration is now open! Conference rates, registration link, and additional information, including sample budgets and conference scholarship information, can be found on the Registration page.
Hotel:
Hotel Celare, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, will be the designated hotel for the 2025 MAPLA Conference “Bridging Unity in the Pre-Law Community”. Hotel Celare is located adjacent to the University of Cincinnati campus, site of the 2025 Conference!
Please find details regarding the 2025 Conference Hotel Block, including booking link for conference rate, on the Hotel page. The last day to book under the conference group rate is September 17, 2025.
Program Proposals:
Our call for 2025 proposals is now open! MAPLA welcomes proposals from both new and veteran pre-law advisors as well as law school representatives at the annual conference each year. Conference proposal submissions are due May 30, 2025.
